Notice to parties involved in SAT proceedings

As a result of the amendments made by the State Administrative Tribunal Rules 2022, from 1 July 2023 it is no longer possible to file any documents in the State Administrative Tribunal by email. Documents should instead be filed using the eCourts Portal, or alternatively in person at the Tribunal’s Registry, or by post or facsimile.
