Justice Janine Pritchard
President, State Administrative Tribunal

Justice Pritchard commenced as the President of the State Administrative Tribunal on 4 June 2019.

Her Honour was appointed to the Supreme Court of Western Australia in 2010 and appointed as a judge of the Court of Appeal in 2018.  Between June 2009 and June 2010, her Honour was a judge of the District Court of Western Australia and during that period she served as a Deputy President of the State Administrative Tribunal. 

From 1991 until her appointment to the District Court, Justice Pritchard worked at the Western Australian State Solicitor’s Office.  Justice Pritchard also lectured and tutored in law at Western Australian universities at various times during the same period.

Justice Pritchard holds a Bachelor of Laws degree (Honours) and a Bachelor of Arts degree from the Australian National University, as well as a Master of Laws degree (with Distinction) from the University of London. Her Honour also holds a Graduate Diploma in Women’s Studies from Murdoch University.

Judge Kathleen (Kate) Helen Glancy
Deputy President, State Administrative Tribunal

Judge Glancy was appointed as Deputy President of the State Administrative Tribunal for a five year term commencing on 21 October 2020.

Her Honour was appointed to the District Court of Western Australia commencing on 9 January 2018.

Prior to her appointment to the District Court, Judge Glancy held the position of Deputy State Solicitor at the State Solicitor's Office where she had commenced as an Articled Clerk in 1993.

Her Honour graduated from the University of Western Australia in 1993 with a Bachelor of Arts majoring in Industrial Relations and a Bachelor of Laws (Honours).

Judge Henry Jackson
Deputy President, State Administrative Tribunal

Judge Jackson was appointed as Deputy President of the State Administrative Tribunal for a five year term commencing on 31 January 2022. He was also appointed to the District Court of Western Australia commencing on the same day.

Prior to his appointment, Judge Jackson had practised in both Melbourne and Perth, first as a solicitor and, from 2007 as a barrister. From 2010 he practised from Francis Burt Chambers. His Honour was appointed Senior Counsel in 2019.

His Honour graduated from the University of Western Australia in 1997 with a Bachelor of Arts and a Bachelor of Laws. His Honour also holds a Masters of Public and International Law from Melbourne University.
