Decision on the Documents

A decision on the documents can occur in two ways:

  • where the application is dealt with entirely on the documents and information provided to SAT, or
  • where the application has had a number of hearings, but there is sufficient information and evidence for the member to consider the matter and make a final order without a final hearing.
